For best care, machine wash gently in cold water, using a mild detergent, and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Line dry out of direct sunlight, refrain from tumble drying to prevent shrinkage or fabric deterioration. If necessary, use a cool iron on the reverse side of the fabric to avoid damaging any prints or embellishments.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces or abrasive materials, as this may cause pilling or snags in the fabric. For long-term care, store the garment in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat or moisture.

Sustainability 🍃

Environmentally Responsible
Crafted from premium yarns made from recycled PET bottles, this polo is printed with advanced, high-quality, carcinogen-free inks. This ensures not only vibrant, lasting designs but also minimises harmful environmental impact throughout the printing process.

Sustainable Production
Tribute Collective is committed to sustainability by partnering with vetted local and international manufacturers. We produce limited quantities of each design, ensuring both exclusivity and preventing overproduction, which helps to reduce waste and minimise our environmental footprint.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging, which is entirely plastic-free. We use kerbside-recyclable or home-compostable mailers to reduce landfill waste. All deliveries are managed by Australia Post, which actively supports carbon-offset projects aimed at reducing emissions and promoting a greener future.

About The Design

The Lest We Forget polo references poet Laurence Binyon’s renowned work, The Ode, from which the phrase “lest we forget” is drawn, meaning it should not be forgotten.

Following World War I, this phrase became a widely recognised symbol of remembrance across Australia and New Zealand. Today, it continues to be used on Anzac Day, Remembrance Day, and beyond, honouring the service and sacrifice of those who have served in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.

Beneath a burnt orange sky, a soldier plays the Last Post, marking the end of the day. His bugle carries across a quiet scene of soldiers standing in single file, rifles grounded in reflection. Birds rise overhead, symbolising freedom and the peace that follows conflict.

The polo features the 3rd pattern Rising Sun badge (officially licensed by Tribute Collective), an emblem of the Australian Army that represents the spirit and camaraderie of Australian soldiers. Historically worn by members of the 1st and 2nd Australian Imperial Force during both World Wars, it remains one of the most recognised symbols of service.

On the back, a large poppy in full bloom serves as a lasting symbol of remembrance. Poppies famously grew across the battlefields of the Western Front in France and Belgium, inspiring John McCrae’s poem In Flanders Fields.

“In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row…”

Also featured is an Australian Light Horseman on horseback, representing the role of mounted troops in Australia’s military history. During the Gallipoli Campaign, the Australian Imperial Force included both infantry and Light Horse brigades, primarily used in defensive operations.

The Light Horseman carries both the Australian and New Zealand flags, honouring the shared legacy of all ANZACs.

We Will Remember Them
